• We help plan all phases of the construction from initiation to completion along with owner. •Read and Interpreted Construction Plans and Specifications. •Work with Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors to establish long term relationships in order to identify and obtain future project opportunities. •Oversee the Subcontractor and Vendor procurement by supervising the scope of work review, contract writing, insurance and bonding reviews, etc. •Obtains all necessary regulations and proof of permits •Process all Submittals, RFI s, Change Order Proposals, Owner Billings, Time Sheet Management if there is an hourly employee on site , Monthly Reports, etc. •Orders necessary supplies, tools, and equipment. •Makes sure projects are aligned with agreed-upon plans. •Manages a construction manager(GC) and oversees their work. •Communicates with clients and delivers project progress reports. •Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan. •Collaborates with architects, engineers, electricians, and other specialists. •Writes and submits testing and inspection logs, quality assurance reports, and punch lists. •Ensures that all local codes and safety precautions are followed.
